Stamford Hill

ISA worked with Tolent Construction to create a mixed use scheme in stamford hill, north london of 68 residential apartments, office space and retail units.

Planning consent was originally obtained for the site by stockwool architects for 80 residential units along with a mix of office and retail uses. In order to respond to the needs of the local jewish community it was subsequently agreed that the number of units should be decreased to 68 in order to create larger family sized apartments. This change in unit numbers and apartment layouts has required a comprehensive re-design while working within the parameters of the existing planning consent.
