110 AFFORDABLE HOUSING UNITS ON SITE OF FORMER LEISURE CENTRE

The proposal for Almondvale Court creates 110 affordable housing units with associated landscaping.  Positioned adjacent to the Almondvale Retail Park a mix of 47 retirement units and 63 social housing dwellings are proposed in three separate blocks. Apartments are orientated to provide dual aspect units wherever possible. Strong pedestrian links created to retail neighbours and the nearby football stadium.
