Apex Temple Court Hotel

The building falls within the Inner Temple Conservation area but ISA identified the opportunity to partially demolish and extend the central wing to increase room numbers and to resolve operational, servicing and level issues.

The proposals seek to maximise the impact of the guest’s arrival from Fleet Street, through a listed classical courtyard, into a reception area that opens on to a sheltered central square. This central space, previously used for car parking, is turned into a integral part of the hotel, with the public spaces arranged around it.

Bedrooms are simply and thoughtfully designed with large walk in showers and lots of natural daylight. ISA were involved from concept design through to selection of fabrics and graphics.
