Previously converted by ISA from an office building to a 210 bedroom 4 star hotel in 2005, this phase sees the creation of relaxed working and social spaces, as well as unifying the disparate parts of the building as the hotel has expanded over the years. Included is the refurbishment and interior design of the main reception, lounge, and bars and restaurant.
