PURPOSE BUILD STUDENT ACCOMMODATION COMPRISING OF 155 STUDIO APARTMENTS

The proposed four to six storey building provides accommodation for 155 students.  Internal shared amenity spaces are located at Ground Floor which address both the south-east courtyard and west facing garden areas.  Facilities include a lounge area, games room, communal kitchen, gym, library and group study rooms.

The proposals aim to create a highly sustainable building with a BREEAM Excellent Rating being sought. Roof mounted Air Source Heat Pumps and Photovoltaic panels provide the heating and hot water for the building with SUDs incorporated by way of green and blue roofs.
