REFURBISHMENT OF A 145 BEDROOM HOTEL & SPA

Apex City Quay bedroom refurb was a multi-phase soft refurbishment of 145 bedrooms with en-suites, four junior suites, and two suites, all completed while the building remained occupied by guests. The last of the newly refurbished rooms was handed back to the client in April 2019.

ISA developed the interior design for the new reception, restaurant, bar, spa and conferencing areas. Works were completed for summer 2020.
