11a James Court

The project involves altering and extending an existing shop facing on to the Royal Mile, in the heart of Edinburgh’s historic Old Town. The alterations will improve access and increase the usable floor area whilst retaining the historic vaulted basement and exposing the medieval stone walls. Future proposals include outdoor seating to offer visitors the chance to stop and enjoy the peaceful tranquility of James Court.
