REFURBISHMENT OF EXISTING 200+ BEDROOM 4 STAR HOTEL INCLUDING BAR, RESTAURANT AND CONFERENCE FACILITIES

Acquired from Hilton at the end of 2024 the Dunblane hotel required a comprehensive upgrade to meet modern operational and guest experience standards.  In collaboration with Apex Hotels, ISA developed a phased, rolling refurbishment strategy designed to maintain full hotel operations throughout the works.
