Refurbishment of 170 existing ensuites. Including demolitions, interior design & fit out. All whilst existing 4 star hotel property remained operational.
The refurbishment process was completed in a series of phases, developed with the hotel to minimise the impact on their day to day alterations.
Built in vanity units with heated mirrors were designed to house spare toilet rolls etc without
cluttering the bathroom and to provide the guest with some personal storage space.
The selection of sanitaryware and fittings was made with sustainability and running costs firmly in mind, with aerators fitted to taps, flow restrictors fitted to showers and LED lighting technology utilised throughout.
