Conversion of existing Grade B listed New Town property. Including strip out, demolitions and new kitchen and toilet facilities.
The existing storage unit on Dublin Street in Edinburgh’s New Town was uninhabitable when ZCM purchased the property.
A full strip out and re-fit was required, with original features reinstated that had been lost over the years, including a new external stair and main entrance shop front.
A full interior fit out and services installation was carried out, providing modern, high quality office space that is efficient and pleasant for staff and welcoming to visitors, with good quality meeting facilities.
