Proposal to upgrade and refurbish the barristers’ chambers and meeting facilities at 3 Serjeants’ Inn, Fleet Street, including new toilet facilities, new services installation and interior design works.
The chambers would be occupied throughout. Both exterior and interior features are Grade I listed.
Proposals were developed to accommodate additional staff within higher quality office space, working with the existing historic character of the interior.
A fire strategy analysis and space planning exercise was carried out to rationalise the layouts, while improved modern services were proposed to suit the needs of a very specific end user.
