Refurbishment and services upgrading of existing 1950s listed office building. The office spaces were occupied throughout the works
Detailed services alteration works were undertaken to split the existing property from the adjacent hotel, rationalising the fire strategy and upgrading the quality of lettable space for the tenants and the basement wine bar.
Existing toilet facilities were overhauled and existing lifts replaced, with a new air conditioning system installed throughout and fire alarm systems upgraded. The existing reception area was re-designed to allow for a shared escape with the neighbouring hotel wing.
