Refurbishment and services upgrading of existing Grade B listed office building. Including strip out, demolitions and new toilet and staff facilities.
The development of the existing building was planned to accommodate previously dispersed staff into a single corporate headquarters, with improved staff and meeting facilities.
The existing historic main house and stable buildings were connected, with minimal structural alterations carried out to accommodate a modern services installation and layout enhancements.
A space planning exercise preceded the interior fit out, with feature finishes and lighting designed for the entrance level, including a new reception desk, storage unit and boardroom AV display unit.
Elsewhere, the onus was on the retention and refreshing of existing historic features to create a modern and welcoming office environment.
