Conversion of existing retail unit to provide architects’ office space. Including strip out, demolitions and new kitchen and toilet facilities.
Internal and external structural alterations were carried out to provide open plan, flexible office space with meeting and staff facilities.
New shopfront windows were installed to allow natural daylight into the lower half of the office, creating a pleasant office environment in what was previously an uninhabitable space.
Bespoke shutters were designed for security while light fittings by Mike Stoane and American Black Walnut timber wall linings add warmth to the interior.
The street frontage was upgraded to allow for display space and to create a public profile for an expanding architectural practice.
