Conversion of existing office unit into new leisure facilities with swimming pool, gym, spa, Tropicarium and changing rooms. Including demolitions, interior design, fit out & furniture design. All whilst existing 4 star hotel property remained fully operational throughout.
The leisure facility completed the development of the property and was located directly off the Grassmarket street front. The swimming pool is stainless steel with integral feature lighting, creating dramatic effects in the evening.
Large shopfront windows were partially obscured with feature vinyl graphics, ensuring an element of privacy, but maintaining views to the Grassmarket and Edinburgh Castle for swimmers.
