The project involves refurbishing the interior of an existing timber product showroom and warehouse to create new display and storage space. The steel trussed roof of the existing warehouse is to remain exposed and illuminated with new lighting.
The frontage of the shop is enhanced by rendering the base and creating a new illuminated ‘light box’ to increase the street presence and display advertising.
The façade enhancements are intended to strengthen the street by continuing the height of the neighbouring buildings.
