New build leisure facility including sauna, steam room, changing facilities, gym and specialist ozone type pool.
ISA identified an opportunity to locate leisure facilities within the existing courtyard of the building; the response to the restricted site location resulting in a unique and arresting internal space.
The spa pool is the central focus of the leisure relaxation space and maximises the impact of this feature area. Textured dark slate tiles from floor to ceiling combine with feature lighting to create a dramatic atmospheric interior.
Three rooflights lit with slow colour change lighting add to the differing mood of the pool from day to night time and specific areas were set aside for strong contemporary style seating from exterior to interior.
